R&D Dept. of Jite consists of design, test and prototyping
where there are a group of young
energitic and ambitious engineers with rich experience and
specialists who specialized in
researching electric connecting technology for more than ten
years.
Jite R&D philosophy ,excellent design brings highest
quality, inspires these engineers to exploit
and innovate deeply to aboratively design, audaciously imagine and
carefully demonstrate
constantly. Every year they finish a large number of R&D tasks,
work out and bring connection
solutions into effect for customers one after another year by
year. This philosophy helps Jite
engineers to foresee a wide range of problems which might be
involved in processes of testing,
prototyping, production and organization and quality control when
they design products and work out
solutions so that these problems can be demonstrated and solved
before being happened.
Jite has studied on a lot of international and
domestic standards concerning terminal blocks
such as IEC, UL, CSA, VDE, JIS, GB etc. and set its own
even stricter enterprise standard. These
standards comply with world advanced technology and product
standard, always keeping pace with
time with development of these standards. Thus, Jite can
design, develop and test products
completely according to the updated world standard. In addition,
Jite ever participated in drawing up
the newest connector standard(GB/T14048.8-2005)in China.
Besides strengthening its own R&D construction, Jite
also brings in talents from various
channels and keeps cooperative relationship closely with some
famous research institutes and
universities in China such as Tianjin Institute of Electric Drive,
Huazhong University of Science and
Technology, Zhongnan University,etc..
